Terms of sale

1. Seller and scope
VIACENA INVEST, single-shareholder SAS with share capital of €100,000, Marseille RCS 934 860 974, registered office: Les Pins du Garlaban, 1770 Chemin de la Carreirade d’Allauch, 13400 Aubagne. VAT number: FR 12 934 860 974. Contact: contact@yyu.fr.
These terms apply to sales of YYU keepsakes to businesses (hotels, venues, companies). The customer confirms that it buys for the purposes of its professional activity.
2. Products and prices
Products are described on the site. Prices are in euros, excluding VAT; applicable VAT is added. Pilot offer: €15 excl. VAT per keepsake (lot of 10 keepsakes: €150 excl. VAT). Shipping fees are added, depending on destination, and stated on the invoice. The seller may change its prices; the price on the invoice applies.
3. Order and payment
Orders are placed by email to contact@yyu.fr. The seller issues an invoice, which serves as order confirmation once accepted by the customer. Payment is by bank transfer, in full before shipping. The order ships once payment is received.
Late payment incurs penalties by operation of law, at three times the legal interest rate, plus a fixed recovery fee of €40 (articles L.441-10 and D.441-5 of the French Commercial Code).
4. Delivery
Orders ship to the address given by the customer. Stated times (for example 48/72 h in mainland France after payment is received) are indicative. Outside the European Union, any duties, taxes and clearance fees are paid by the recipient. The customer checks the parcel on receipt and reports any problem to contact@yyu.fr without delay.
5. Warranties and claims
The seller is liable for hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code). Claims: write to contact@yyu.fr.

7. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the courts of Marseille.
